All quotes, availability, and service terms are determined by the individual contractors, not by HireATreePro.
Any quotes provided to you are estimates from independent service providers based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is determined by the contractor and may vary based on actual site conditions. HireATreePro does not set prices, provide quotes, or control contractor pricing in any way.
While we work to connect homeowners with licensed and insured professionals, we do not guarantee or verify the licensing, insurance, or qualifications of any contractor. You are responsible for:
Verifying contractor licenses and insurance before hiring, checking references and reviews, ensuring the contractor meets your requirements, and obtaining written contracts and agreements directly with the contractor.
When using our referral service, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your service needs, communicate directly with contractors regarding quotes and services, verify contractor credentials before hiring, mark underground utilities and disclose property hazards, pay contractors directly according to your agreement with them, and resolve any service issues directly with the contractor who performed the work.

Any work performed or not performed by contractors, property damage caused by contractors, injuries occurring during tree service work, disputes between you and contractors, contractor failure to perform or complete work, quality of work, pricing disputes, or breach of contract by contractors.
Your sole remedy for any issues with tree services is to contact the contractor who performed the work. All contracts, warranties, and liability rest with the service provider, not with HireATreePro.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireATreePro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from services performed by contractors we connect you with, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or contract disputes.
Payment for tree services is made directly to the contractor who performs the work, not to HireATreePro. We do not process payments, hold deposits, or manage financial transactions between you and service providers.
Any cancellation policies or refund terms are determined by the individual contractor, not by HireATreePro. Contact the service provider directly regarding cancellations or refunds.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HireATreePro and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between HireATreePro and any service provider, or between HireATreePro and you. Contractors are independent businesses.
Any disputes regarding tree services must be resolved directly with the contractor who performed the work. HireATreePro is not a party to any service agreements and cannot resolve contractor disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the State of Idaho, depending on your location.
